Vetting Procedures

Every Inform teacher is fully vetted before being placed in any post, whether permanent or temporary.

Inform Recruitment consultants interview all teachers, teaching assistants, early years specialists and special needs experts face to face before carrying out the following checks:

Ø     A minimum of two references checked verbally and in writing

Ø     Enhanced CRB check in accordance with DCSF guidelines

Ø     Overseas police check (if applicable)

Ø     Eligibility to work in the UK / visa check

Ø     Fitness to teach declaration

Ø     Identification check

Ø     Extensive face to face interview

Ø     CV gaps / career breaks checked
